My Approach:
What Makes Mind Health Different

My Approach - Hayden Brown

My approach to Mind Health is designed to bring together the conscious and unconscious parts of our mind, bringing us back to centre and feeling balanced and whole.

In my experience, we are all influenced by hidden aspects of our mind. These unconscious ideas and beliefs often contain our deepest wounds and equally, our greatest health and potential.

While many forms of counselling prioritize talk therapy and our external challenges, my approach instead looks to our inner polarities and our unconscious programming.

This involves not only the healing of any perceived traumas or ‘triggers’, but also uncovering any mental blocks, beliefs or associations that may be preventing you from acting on your personal or professional goals.

The aim is not perfection but ‘wholeness’.
What is referred to in depth psychology as individuation. This leading to a renewed sense of self, certainty in your actions, and a deeper understanding your unique values and life priorities.

My goal is to help you find meaning in your past or present challenges – allowing you to move forward from an expanded sense of self.

Mind health is appropriate for anyone who wishes to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, wishes to increase self-certainty, improve productivity and performance, or simply master their emotions.

We Are Not Our Challenges

Anxiety, depression, and trauma are all labels that we give to our present-day challenges.
Although these help us identify common symptoms, we are so much more than a label.
My commitment to you is to work with you, looking under the hood to find out what experiences, beliefs, or perceptions are keeping you from where you would love to be.

I invite you to take this step.

What My Clients are Saying

When I booked my initial appointment with Hayden I thought I had a bit of an idea. However, my sessions absolutely exceeded my expectations.
I had no idea of the depth that past events and situations had been holding me back from realising my qualities. My key areas were self doubt, self belief, confidence and assertiveness. The load off my shoulders was and still is unbelievable. Sometimes I drove to my appointment thinking I have no idea what we are going to talk about and after a couple of questions we were away and into it with no pressure. I never once, left an appointment woeful or sad. I felt refreshed and energised. Needless to say an amazing nights sleep.
I am so thankful and grateful to Hayden for teaching me to reflect on my life experiences in a more positive and healthier way.
